We strive to provide professional services in system architecture consulting, prototyping, software integration, API development, process automation, and online staff training. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and clarity regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Services and Consulting

All consulting, system architecture, prototyping, integration, API development, and process automation services are delivered remotely and digitally. Due to the customized and interactive nature of these services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. This is because the service involves dedicated time, planning, and technical preparation. We encourage clients to review project scopes and requirements carefully before the service begins.

2. Online Training and Staff Support

For e-learning courses, training programs, and online staff support:

  • Clients are eligible for a full refund if the course has not been accessed or materials downloaded within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once course materials have been accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be provided because the content is digital and can be retained.
  • We recommend reviewing course previews and descriptions carefully before enrolling to ensure it meets your team’s needs.

3. Service Scheduling and Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel or reschedule any live or scheduled session up to 48 hours before the session without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a partial fee, reflecting preparation and customization time invested by our team.
  • Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability but we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred timing.

4. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

  • All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via info@shotatama.top, including your order number, service details, and reason for the request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days, providing next steps or confirmation of the refund.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same payment method originally used, typically within 7–10 business days.

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Fully customized or implemented projects that have already been delivered or partially executed may not be eligible for a refund, due to the resources and effort already invested.
  • Any exceptions or disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we commit to working with clients to find fair solutions.
  • We encourage open communication throughout the project to avoid misunderstandings and ensure expectations are aligned.
